How do you know when you have achieved true quality?

Quality is something we all strive for, boast about, and take great pride in.

Although I think most of us would be hard pressed to define quality.

Free from defects and deficiencies?

Consistent, uniform, conforming to industry standards?

A general measure of excellence…… measured against what standard?

Perfection….. perfection is an unachievable goal isn’t it?

When is it “good enough”?

What criteria do you apply to quality?

Personal satisfaction, public perceptions, longevity and durability?

What degree of excellence do you apply to your projects to make them candidates for the quality classification?
